A trip down to memory lane

“Life may give you a hundred reason to cry, show that you have a thousand reason to smile”

Down to memory lane, I travel to my childhood when a group of us with some elders would wake up early in the morning for morning PT to cover a round from my house and then towards the Dc office and then the main road and back to the place where we started from another route. this was the time when my definition of early morning has been extremely early as I then look back my days till today. It uses to be 3 am in the morning when the world would probably be still asleep and the other children of my ages from my hamlets and village would gather somewhere near the bus parking so that we all can make a group. Today 3 am in the morning is a late night.
We normally get up as soon as we hear the gate tapping and the undertone voice of friends. The soundless and calm morning were our music, we jog to the tune of stillness. The dogs barking at us were our songs, talking really slow and calling soft names of our friends were the treble and the tap of our feet were the bass that add beauty to our song.
In the evening after school, the biggest moment of the day would happen: the game time, items like tita, throw ball, line cross, blindfold and more are few of which we usually fool around with. There was a piece of land, where the church building is set now, used to be an open field with grasses to ankle length. The grass flower at a particular season and looks like if the ground had been cover with snow.
Not long after the good and happy days, I got admission in a government funded residential school. How excited I was as I was about to fulfil a dream. The dream of staying in a boarding, not even knowing what it will bring in to my life.
Times goes by so fast, I never realised that things had changed a lot. Right from the people around you to the minute things you found.
Life had changes, sibling are no more part of your family. Friends become stranger. Childhood friends become Facebook friend.
People who really care stay, others walk away from your life. They leave behind nothing but memories. On a day like this, when I see myself standing in this place. I told myself, an expert for myself, these are all I can advice
>Love wholeheartedly, for people can become stranger someday
>Take Less and Give more, the more you give the happier you are.
>Accept people, People may treat you bad accept them. For you are not born to judge
>Family first ( I have no reason for this) they are on the top of my list
>treasured memories (diary, photo)
>Be thankful (To God) and to those who had once been a part of your life.
>Love yourself, everything will come in place.
